Pricing
Petrolink's pricing structure is based on subscription periods. A subscription period allows you to enter tank readings for all of your tanks within that period. Subscription costs vary depending on the number of tanks you wish to monitor. If your subscription periods ends and you have not purchased another, you can still log in and see your history and reports, but may not enter any further tank readings.

Q. How long after my first subscription to SIRvey before I can expect to see a report?
A. Statistical Inventory Reconciliation requires around 30 days of tank readings (1 month) before a good profile of your tank and its normal operations can be established. After this time compliance reports will be produced for any month following the first 30 days. When you first subscribe to SIRvey your first month is provided free and your subscription set up to cover the following 2 months. Please contact Petrolink directly for further information.
Q. Will I get a separate report for each tank?
A. Yes. If you enter any readings for a tank then you will receive a report for that tank.
Q. What happens if I don't enter a full month of readings?
A. The report will be produced and you will still be charged for it. We must stress the importance of entering your tank readings each day so that the report can be completed without faults.
Q. Can I record the readings on site and fax them to you?
A. Yes. If you have your own system of recording tank readings we would be happy to enter them into the SIRvey system on your behalf. Additional fees apply for this option.
Q. What information is needed for these monthly tank readings?
A. You must provide specific data. The data can be viewed here.
